David Mann is a speaker and trainer on the subject of communication and team efficiency. David has trained and spoken for General Mills, Hartford Life, Merrill Lynch, HealthPartners, Mayo Health System, and many other companies. He has been a featured speaker on the subject of communication for numerous business associations, and has created and presented customized keynote performances for three of Hartford’s national sales conventions. A professional theater artist for over two decades, David has performed or directed for the Guthrie Theater, The Children’s Theatre Company, Great River Shakespeare Festival, Torch Theater, Park Square Theatre, and many others. He has written and performed critically acclaimed one-man shows that have entertained audiences across the Midwest, and he was a 2006 recipient of a Bush Artist Fellowship. As a commercial actor, David was the spokesman for Midwest Wireless phones for six years, and has appeared in hundreds of television and radio commercials locally and nationally.

Jermaine Davis delivers keynotes and workshops throughout the United States to managers, executives, frontline employees, college and high school students, and educators. Participants describe him as enthusiastic, engaging, knowledgeable, motivational, professional, and entertaining. His content-based programs are derived from real-life experience and insight, academic studies and research, and include plenty of “professional fun.” Jermaine has been teaching for over ten years and is currently a professor of Communication Studies at Century College in Minnesota. He is also CEO, founder, and president of Seminars & Workshops, Inc. and Snack Attack Vending of Minnesota. He earned a BA and a MA in Speech Communication and a MA in Education.
