About the Presenters

REBECCA ADAMS, Presentation Consultant, Spoken Impact Rebecca Adams is an accomplished speaker and trainer. Building on her B.S. in Speech Communications and M.S. in Human Resources Development and Counseling, Rebecca has spent that last 15 years developing and facilitating training programs for major corporations, large national conferences and on-line educational forums.

MARLENE JOHNSON, Senior Consultant, Spoken Impact Marlene Johnson has over 20 years experience delivering communications training. She spent a number of years with John Hancock Insurance before becoming an independent consultant and trainer. She draws from her background in group dynamics, theater, writing, and storytelling to equip others with the skills they need to become more authentic and influential as communicators. Marlene holds a degree in English from the University of MN, has studied acting at HB Studios in New York, and is a member of the National Storytelling Network.
